Every year, the PICT Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) hosts a dynamic event that ignites student innovation. We bring together successful entrepreneurs for insightful interactions, with dedicated sub-events fostering direct student engagement. This interactive platform allows students to not only meet these inspiring leaders but also glean invaluable real-world experience.
Additionally, we fuel skill development through exciting competitions, challenging students to hone their pitching, marketing, and other entrepreneurial competencies. To further enrich the experience, we collaborate with other campus cells and organizations, exhibiting a spirit of synergy and providing students with a well-rounded exposure to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
MAGNATE
PICT EDC conducts an annual flagship event,Magnate where we invite Entrepreneurs and conduct various sub events where students can directly interact with those entrepreneurs.We conduct competitions to highlight different skill developments. We also conduct events in collaboration with other cells and organisations
SQUID GAME
Squid Game is PICT EDC’s thrilling networking event designed for first-year students. Through a series of exciting challenges inspired by Squid Game, participants engage in strategic gameplay, build connections, and develop teamwork skills in a fun, high-energy environment. It’s the perfect first step into the entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering interaction, competition, and collaboration.
Activities
PICT EDC operates through various activities all around the year. We conduct sessions to promote entrepreneurship, organising startup workshops, conduct inspirational sessions, industry partner meets, brainstorming sessions and activities which focus on skill-based development like communication, finance, marketing and management.
